Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
ability to communicate clearly in English
proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a team environment
capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
ability to maintain a professional demeanor
commitment to company values of hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect, and teamwork

Job Qualifications

Communicate clearly and effectively in English
possess highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word

maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
answer telephone calls
monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate unusual activity
process reports such as work orders, incidents, and concerns
receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
assist other departments with administrative functions
ensure timely response and follow up to resident, family, and employee concerns
maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
perform other duties as assigned
