The Concierge position at our Wildwood, FL community offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face for our residents during weekend overnight shifts. As Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service by greeting guests and residents warmly, being a master multitasker who answers multi-line phones, screens calls, and directs communication efficiently. Your role will include addressing residents’ concerns professionally, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will be responsible for handling mail and deliveries, utilizing basic office software skills, and supporting safety by being prepared for emergencies. Familiarity with the BILD sales system is also essential. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work weekend overnight shifts
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and residents with a smile making them feel at home
- Answer a multiline telephone screen calls and direct them to the right place

- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Use word processing spreadsheets and email proficiently
- Carry out emergency procedures when needed
- Familiarity with the BILD sales system
- Oversee weekend activities to keep residents engaged
- Note any areas or articles in need of repair and report them to the Assistant Director
