The role of Concierge at Legend Senior Living is vital in delivering the impressive standards the company is known for. This position requires working part-time hours on Wednesdays from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The Concierge serves as the frontline ambassador, greeting residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all visitors have an informative and welcoming experience. This role involves responsibilities such as assisting with community tours, answering queries about local attractions, and managing logistics such as parking and valet assistance.
The concierge also plays an essential role in community-building by maintaining strong local knowledge, sharing information about festivals, events, dining, tours, and transportation options. The ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable support directly contributes to positive resident experiences and overall satisfaction.

Job Duties
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
