The Front Desk Receptionist role is a pivotal part of our community operations, entrusted with the responsibility of being the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and family members. This position is part-time with shifts available from 3 pm to 11 pm and 11 pm to 7 am on various days, offering flexible scheduling options. As a front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting everyone who enters the community, answering and directing phone calls efficiently, handling inquiries with professionalism, and responding promptly to any emergency situations that may arise. Your role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the front lobby and entrance area remain clean and presentable at all times. Beyond administrative duties, this position requires a blend of excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties

  • Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate
  • Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns
  • Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area
