Morada Senior Living is currently seeking an enthusiastic Concierge to join one of its vibrant communities. This role plays a crucial part in setting the tone for visitors, residents, and employees by providing a warm and professional first point of contact. The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, delivering timely messages, and offering information to enhance the daily experience within the community. The position supports both the marketing and dining departments with various administrative tasks, making it a dynamic and engaging opportunity for individuals who enjoy a client-facing role within a caring environment.

The Concierge role is a blend of customer service, communication, and organizational responsibilities. This position requires managing external and internal communication channels effectively, ensuring that visitors and residents receive prompt and courteous attention. Additionally, the Concierge coordinates appointments related to personal care and transportation, contributing directly to residents' comfort and convenience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • One to three years of customer service experience or training
  • Ability to manage telephone and reception duties
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks
  • Flexibility to perform various assigned duties
  • Commitment to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • One to three years customer service experience or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, residents, and employees at the community entrance
  • Manage external and internal telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Take and communicate messages accurately to appropriate recipients
  • Provide general information and directions to visitors and residents
  • Assist marketing department by collating brochures and organizing informational materials
  • Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members and tally meal counts for dining staff
  • Update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in and move-out registers, guest logs, and sign-in logs daily
  • Schedule and manage appointments such as hairdresser and transportation for residents and family members
  • Maintain neatness and organization of the front desk and entry area
  • Distribute mail to residents, executive director, and department coordinators
  • Maintain resident forms related to miscellaneous credits
  • Adhere to all company personnel policies and operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
