The Concierge role at Four Seasons St. Louis is a vital position within the Front Desk Department. This role focuses on enhancing the guest experience from arrival through departure by offering seamless service and personalized attention tailored to VIP guests and regular visitors alike. The Concierge team acts as knowledgeable ambassadors of St. Louis, utilizing their expertise of the local area to ensure guests receive recommendations and arrangements that elevate their stay. Responsibilities include managing transportation requests, restaurant bookings, special amenities, and guest preferences, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Guest Experience Manager and supervised by the Front Office Manager. The position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service. Candidates who have knowledge of St. Louis and previous concierge or hospitality experience will find themselves well-suited to this opportunity.

  • Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through unique computer systems
  • Connecting with VIP guests to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time
  • Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
