The Concierge role at milk + honey is fundamental to the guest experience, serving as the face of the spa and salon from the moment guests arrive until their departure. This position requires an individual who embodies warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness to detail, acting as a brand ambassador who welcomes each guest with genuine kindness and care. The Concierge is responsible for managing the guest process and workflow seamlessly, ensuring that each interaction is smooth, personalized, and efficient. This includes checking guests in and out, educating them about retail products, memberships, and service enhancements, as well as handling rebookings to optimize the daily schedule.

In addition to guest interaction, the Concierge collaborates closely with fellow Spa Partisans and management to support daily operations, complete side work, and maintain the spa and salon’s exceptional standards. This role demands efficient multitasking, strong communication, discretion with guest information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates should be physically able to remain attentive and on their feet during shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation for the Concierge position ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, dependent on experience.
