Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Minimum one year of experience in customer experience or relevant administrative experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone
- Must maintain a professional demeanor
- Ability to listen to instructions and demonstrate interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer business center
- Coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
- Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
- Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
- Assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights
- Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
