We are currently seeking a Part Time Concierge for evening and weekend shifts at The Isle at Raider Ranch. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to serving active and senior adults in a friendly, professional setting. The Part Time Concierge will play a crucial role in ensuring all residents and visitors receive a warm welcome and efficient service. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of hospitality and operational excellence for which Integrated Real Estate Group is known. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Possesses effective communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially with active or senior adults
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to engage and interact with senior adults
- Reliable and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer the telephone and direct calls or take messages promptly
- Ensure all guests and vendors sign in and out
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance of the front desk and office area
- Monitor and order needed office supplies
- Assist in submitting resident maintenance work orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
