Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality concierge services executive support or high-touch service coordination
  • Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the company&apos
  • s front-of-house ensuring every tenant commitment is tracked executed and followed through to completion
  • Collaborate closely with the Concierge Manager supporting tenant-facing operations including managing requests communications vendor services and programming activations
  • Support the Concierge Manager and front-of-house team by executing tenant requests and service arrangements
  • Track all open service items diligently until resolved confirmed and documented
  • Communicate with tenants warmly precisely and discreetly in writing and in person reflecting the building&apos

  • Maintain accurate records of tenant preferences pending requests and service history
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and vendors to fulfill tenant requests and event needs
  • Manage scheduling confirm details communicate changes professionally and maintain organized vendor records
  • Provide operational support during peak times manage deliveries visitor registration tenant notifications and maintain front-of-house presentation and brand standards
  • Support task and scheduling management for the concierge team ensuring high-volume environments run smoothly
  • Assist with logistics of tenant programming wellness activations and private events
  • Manage RSVP tracking vendor coordination event setup and provide on-site support
  • Identify service request patterns or coordination challenges and communicate observations for improvement
