Job Duties
- Attend to guest requests for special preparations or services such as transportation and reservations
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
- Handle special needs requests and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local events
- Manage all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve guest issues
- Review employee shift logs and daily memos and document relevant information
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest welfare in the club lounge
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and attend to guests’ service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with coworkers and support team goals
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
