Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local area and hotel services

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Assist guests with special requests including reservations hotel information and arranging transportation
- Develop thorough knowledge of hotel services local area and travel options
- Accurately answer guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly
- Assist guests with food and beverage needs in concierge lounge and maintain cleanliness
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
