They also help facilitate the recruitment process by interacting with potential job candidates, assisting with data entry tasks, and supporting the Business Office Coordinator and HR staff. Additionally, this role includes managing the Bistro area by ensuring cleanliness, stocking refreshments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere through music and hospitality.
An important aspect of this position is active involvement in risk management and safety programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records for emergency procedures, and overseeing resident and visitor sign-in processes. The Concierge also handles tasks related to resident care, including sending sympathy cards and ordering memorial flowers, reinforcing the community’s compassionate approach.
Beyond operational duties, the Concierge supports the Director of Sales with initial inquiries and appointment scheduling, maintains marketing materials, and contributes to a seamless resident move-in experience.
