The company prides itself on fostering a culture that values human dignity and encourages meaningful connections between residents, their families, and team members. Recently certified for the eighth time as a Great Place to Work by Activated Insights, Sunrise Senior Living stands out as an employer that values its workforce and invests in their growth, engagement, and well-being.

The Concierge position at Sunrise Senior Living is a vital role centered at the heart of the community's first impressions and customer experience. This role serves as the initial point of contact for potential residents, families, visitors, and team members, making it essential in welcoming and guiding individuals effectively. The Concierge’s responsibilities include greeting visitors warmly, managing telephone communications, supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the community by facilitating inquiries and appointments, and assisting in recruitment activities. In addition to customer service, the Concierge oversees the front desk area and the Bistro, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere by monitoring refreshments, cleanliness, and ambiance.

Apart from administrative tasks such as managing resident and team member rosters, organizing mail, and processing meal tickets, the Concierge also plays an important role in safety and compliance adherence. They partner with community leadership to ensure health and safety protocols are followed, maintain emergency preparedness documentation, and uphold the Safe Leaving Program to protect residents. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the company’s mission of respecting the sacred value of human life.

This position offers part-time or full-time employment with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13.20 to $16.50, depending on location, skills, and experience. The compensation does not include bonuses or commissions. Beyond base pay, Sunrise Senior Living provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and other valuable programs to support employee success and satisfaction.

Working at Sunrise Senior Living means joining a team dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families. The organization encourages team members to engage in continuous training, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture. Sunrise’s Principles of Service and Team Member Credo inspire employees to deliver exceptional care and customer service every day. The Concierge role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, enjoy working in a community environment, and want to contribute meaningfully to the well-being and happiness of others.
