- minimum 6 months of reception or office experience
- basic knowledge of appropriate and effective conduct during emergency situations
- excellent phone etiquette interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- greet residents customers vendors and visitors determining the nature of their business and directing them accordingly
- receive maintenance requests from residents and determine if the request is an emergency reacting appropriately
- account for various resident parcel deliveries and contact residents to inform them of delivery
- answer community calls and route to the appropriate person or location taking messages as necessary
- maintain telephone and visitor records
- ensure resident correspondence is accurately placed in mailboxes
- maintain resident telephone listings
- work with property manager to develop schedule and host resident functions
- enter maintenance service requests in Yardi as directed
- assist residents with various tasks including making reservations arranging spa services and taxi transportation services
- perform other duties as assigned
