The Concierge role at RUI is a dynamic and vital position within the community. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and potential new team members, the Concierge plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. This position requires a high level of multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. The Concierge is responsible for engaging with people both in person and by phone, directing inquiries, promoting community programs, and monitoring security systems, including emergency calls, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of everyone in the community. Additionally, the Concierge supports the Business Office Manager by helping with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing documents, and entering data. Working closely with a diverse team, the Concierge helps maintain smooth daily operations and contributes to the resident experience that sets the community apart.

Job Requirements

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate telephone and security systems

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone
- Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate associate
- Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly
- Assist the Business Office Manager with ordering supplies, filing, and inputting data
