Addison of Park Crescent is part of Senior Lifestyle, a company dedicated to providing comprehensive senior living solutions highlighting compassionate care and exceptional service. Senior Lifestyle is known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation in senior living communities across the country. The organization values employees who embody the HEART principles and who strive to make a positive impact in their everyday roles.
The role at Addison of Park Crescent involves serving as the friendly and efficient front-line representative who greets residents and visitors, including prospective residents and their families. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills as you will be the point of contact for answering phones, managing emails, coordinating work requests, providing directions within the community, and handling packages. The position plays an integral part in the community's smooth operation by supporting multiple departments with administrative functions and ensuring that all resident, family, and employee concerns are addressed promptly with a positive and professional demeanor. Working weekend and evening hours, the role offers a salary ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. This role provides an opportunity to be a vital part of a vibrant senior living community where customer service and attention to detail significantly enhance residents' daily experiences. Candidates who have related experience of at least three months and who demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions, maintain a pleasant demeanor, and multitask effectively are highly encouraged to apply. Beyond the daily responsibilities, employees at Senior Lifestyle benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and paid time off. Additionally, the company offers access to DailyPay so employees can access earned wages before the regular payday, supporting financial flexibility.
