Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Professional appearance and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Address special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Provide guests with local area knowledge about property amenities, special events, and local activities
- Coordinate with departments such as Bellperson, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage to resolve guest requests or problems
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
