Known for its vibrant arts scene, outdoor recreational activities, and exceptional hospitality, Sundance Resort attracts a diverse clientele seeking both relaxation and adventure throughout the year. The resort operates year-round, providing seasonal and part-time employment opportunities tailored to meet the varying needs of its guests and the tourism industry.

The Sundance Concierge plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by serving as a trusted point of contact for lodging and day guests alike. This position requires an individual who is knowledgeable about all aspects of the resort, including its services, facilities, programming, and special events. The Concierge engages guests from the moment they make inquiries or reservations, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring their expectations are exceeded upon arrival and throughout their stay.

Working shifts that vary from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, the Concierge must be flexible and reliable to accommodate high occupancy periods and special events. This part-time, year-round position offers an hourly wage of $17.00 and is classified as non-exempt, hourly employment. The role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in various software systems such as Microsoft Office, Stay N Touch, Fareharbor, and Tock, as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

In addition to facilitating all aspects of guest reservations and activities, the Concierge shares the resort’s story of land preservation and environmental commitment, thereby enriching the guest's understanding and connection to Sundance. Responsibilities include arranging activities such as fly fishing, spa experiences, hiking, mountain biking, dining reservations, zip tours, horseback riding, and art classes. The Concierge also manages transportation logistics, helps with guest billing, organizes amenities delivery, and assists the front desk team during busy periods. Through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail, the Concierge ensures every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to return.

This role not only requires a passion for hospitality but also an adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in an evolving workplace.
