Job Requirements
- Must have high school education or equivalent
- Must have three to six months related experience or training
- Previous experience working with senior adults preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must have experience in a clerical position
- Recommended to have basic computer skills
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 8 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Three to six months related experience or training preferred
- Previous experience working with senior adults preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Experience in a clerical position
- Basic computer skills recommended
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to resident safety and company policies
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- Use proper telephone skills
- Ensure safety of the residents and property by monitoring life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity
- Maintain visitor sign in/out kiosk and enter maintenance request work orders
- Receive packages and deliver in the evening
- Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns
- Complete all required daily shift tasks as per community established by the ED up to and including rolling over the phones at a consistent time daily
- Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings
- Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Solutions Management Group
- Perform other duties as assigned
