The Concierge role at Claiborne Senior Living serves as the welcoming face of the community. This position is integral to delivering a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, their families, guests, and team members. As a Concierge, you will take ownership of first impressions by greeting everyone with warmth and professionalism, answering and directing phone calls efficiently, and managing the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and inviting. The role is dynamic and requires exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Concierge at Claiborne Senior Living coordinates transportation requests for residents and supports event coordination and community activities. You will be expected to promptly address resident inquiries and concerns, maintain in-depth knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies, and handle packages and deliveries. The role also entails supporting leadership with various administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional presence and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
