Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concierge or luxury hospitality service preferred
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- Ability to lift or exert force up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to use computer keyboard and mouse frequently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Commitment to upholding company values and delivering outstanding guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concierge or luxury hospitality service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and think creatively
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Act as the point of reference for guests needing assistance or information outside the hotel
- Arrange dining reservations, events, excursions, experiences, and transportation requests
- Proactively understand guest needs and create customized solutions
- Build and maintain external relationships with key partners to enhance guest experiences
- Fulfill special requests related to occasions on and off-property in collaboration with the Creative Supervisor and Curator
- Identify and report hotel imperfections and coordinate corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure service alignment and smooth operations
