As part of the Rooms Division, specifically within the Concierge department, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury hospitality and dedicated to delivering impeccable service. The Concierge position is permanent and full-time, offering a competitive wage of $26.50 per hour. The Concierge acts as a vital point of contact for guests needing assistance beyond the hotel premises, offering personalized services such as dining reservations, event planning, transportation arrangements, and curated excursions. The Concierge collaborates closely with other hotel departments and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and memorable experiences for guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in concierge or luxury hospitality service preferred
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • Ability to lift or exert force up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to use computer keyboard and mouse frequently
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding company values and delivering outstanding guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in concierge or luxury hospitality service preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and think creatively

Job Duties

  • Act as the point of reference for guests needing assistance or information outside the hotel
  • Arrange dining reservations, events, excursions, experiences, and transportation requests
  • Proactively understand guest needs and create customized solutions
  • Build and maintain external relationships with key partners to enhance guest experiences
  • Fulfill special requests related to occasions on and off-property in collaboration with the Creative Supervisor and Curator
  • Identify and report hotel imperfections and coordinate corrective actions
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure service alignment and smooth operations
