The Receptionist role at RMC is a vital position responsible for serving as the welcoming presence to visitors, vendors, and clients. This role involves greeting and directing guests appropriately, operating phone systems, and managing standard office equipment to maintain smooth communication channels within the community. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Ability to operate phone systems and office equipment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors and provide tours as needed
- Keep lobby, reception, and entry areas clean, neat, and orderly
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate parties
- Monitor community guests, vendors, and residents in line with community policies
- Manage resident appointment and transportation logs and calendar
- Monitor fire panel and direct emergency personnel to the correct area
- Perform clerical duties as assigned
