Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to operate phone systems and office equipment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide tours as needed
  • Keep lobby, reception, and entry areas clean, neat, and orderly
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate parties
  • Monitor community guests, vendors, and residents in line with community policies
  • Manage resident appointment and transportation logs and calendar
  • Monitor fire panel and direct emergency personnel to the correct area
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned
