Renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, this Marriott property combines upscale accommodations with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As part of the globally respected Marriott International brand, Tucson Marriott University Park offers guests an inviting and comfortable stay that emphasizes service excellence, attention to detail, and a deep connection to the local culture of Tucson. The hotel serves a diverse clientele, including business travelers, tourists, and local event attendees, all expecting high standards of quality and personalized care.

We are excited to present an opportunity for a part-time Concierge to join our dedicated team. The Concierge role at Tucson Marriott University Park is pivotal in crafting memorable guest experiences, acting as the welcoming face and trusted advisor throughout their stay. As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for by providing tailored recommendations on local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions. This role requires a blend of in-depth local knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously with grace and efficiency.

As a part-time team member, you will enjoy a competitive compensation of $16.00 per hour, reflecting the importance Marriott places on expertise and guest satisfaction. The position involves working flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to match the dynamic needs of hotel guests.

Tucson Marriott University Park is proud of being part of the Atrium Hospitality group, which embraces the ATRIUM SPIRIT values: Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork. These core beliefs foster a supportive work environment where employees can thrive, collaborate effectively, and contribute positively to guests' experiences. The Concierge role is deeply embedded in this ethos, requiring a service-oriented mindset, resilience in challenging situations, openness to diverse perspectives, and a commitment to innovation and teamwork.

Joining the team means more than just a job. It is an opportunity for career growth and personal development—nearly 40 percent of management hires at Atrium Hospitality come from within the company. The organization supports professional growth with various learning initiatives and provides extensive benefits including a 401(k) plan with company match, comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, vacation benefits, and wellness programs. Employees can also enjoy perks like DailyPay, tuition reimbursement, and exclusive discounts on brands and services.

The Concierge will work closely with multiple hotel departments such as front desk, valet, and bell staff to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting lobby and concierge area. This collaborative environment enhances operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

In conclusion, the Concierge role at Tucson Marriott University Park offers an engaging and rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to make a meaningful impact on guests’ stays.
