- At least 6 months of guest-facing customer service experience
- hospitality experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- passion for local culture and ability to provide personalized guest recommendations
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- flexible schedule including availability on weekends, holidays, and various shifts

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions
- assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and guest requests
- help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
- ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
- stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
- support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments
