The role of the Front Desk Coordinator at Senior Solutions Management Group is pivotal in maintaining the seamless daily operations of the residential community. This position is responsible for enhancing resident services by providing timely, accurate information and maintaining a professional, friendly front desk environment. The Front Desk Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and families, greeting them promptly and answering inquiries or emergencies with efficiency and care. The role also entails monitoring safety through surveillance and alarm systems, ensuring the security of residents and property.

In addition to greeting and assisting visitors, the Coordinator manages vital clerical duties such as maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs, reservation books, and coordinating maintenance requests. Handling deliveries such as packages, plants, and prescription medications and managing community keys and gate passes are also key tasks. The position involves close communication with supervisors to report any resident issues or concerns promptly.

Daily responsibilities include completing check-in procedures, maintaining the lobby area including fresh flowers and refreshments, and supporting other departments with administrative tasks. The role requires a consistent commitment to safety, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Front Desk Coordinator also participates in all necessary training, staff meetings, and works collaboratively to foster a friendly community atmosphere. Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • Use proper telephone skills
  • Ensure safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity
  • Ensure that incident reports, concern reports, and other appropriate communication have been completed
  • Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and complete maintenance request work orders
  • Complete daily check-in procedure
  • Maintain emergency contact information
