Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet operations
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle handling and safety protocols
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Willingness to stand and walk frequently
  • Ability to lift items
  • Availability for on-call, weekend, and 24-hour emergency support shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong professional communication skills including phone, written, and verbal
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle handling and safety protocols
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented team player

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and visitors to the facility
  • Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
  • Maintain valet logs and ensure proper handling of keys
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages
  • Receive and manage package deliveries at the front desk
  • Coordinate dry cleaning pickup and drop-off and other personal errands
  • Create reservations for building amenities such as lounge, fitness center, and guest suites
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of the facility’s mission
  • Maintain accurate records and logs related to concierge and valet services
  • Provide directions and recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local services
  • Other duties as assigned
