Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong professional communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic vehicle handling and safety protocols
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Willingness to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift items
- Availability for on-call, weekend, and 24-hour emergency support shifts
Job Qualifications

- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented team player
Job Duties
- Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and visitors to the facility
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- Maintain valet logs and ensure proper handling of keys
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages
- Receive and manage package deliveries at the front desk
- Coordinate dry cleaning pickup and drop-off and other personal errands
- Create reservations for building amenities such as lounge, fitness center, and guest suites
- Perform administrative tasks in support of the facility’s mission
- Maintain accurate records and logs related to concierge and valet services
- Provide directions and recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local services
- Other duties as assigned
