This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Concierge to join a fast-paced corporate office environment on a long-term contract basis. The Concierge will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and high-touch experience for both guests and employees, ensuring seamless onsite services that enhance the overall office atmosphere. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple service-related tasks with discretion, professionalism and an unwavering customer service mindset. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate meetings, visitor services, and hospitality operations. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors from check-in through departure, guiding guests to their respective meeting spaces, and notifying hosts of arrivals promptly. The Concierge will also handle room scheduling using office tools like Microsoft Outlook, accommodate audiovisual, seating, and food service requirements, and respond promptly to phone and email inquiries.
In addition, the role includes supporting meeting preparations by arranging refreshments and supplies, coordinating with external catering providers, and managing visitor access and pass distribution according to site procedures. The Concierge will collaborate across departments to ensure consistent service delivery and an outstanding guest experience. Flexibility to provide occasional evening support for special events or client-facing functions is also necessary. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in concierge, reception, hospitality, or front-of-house support within an office setting along with proficiency in managing calendars, room bookings, and shared inboxes. Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and provide a personalized arrival experience from check-in through departure
- Guide guests to scheduled meeting spaces and notify hosts promptly
- Coordinate room reservations using office scheduling tools and Outlook
- Capture audiovisual, seating, and food service needs accurately
- Respond to phone calls and inbox inquiries promptly and courteously
- Support meeting and hospitality operations by preparing rooms with refreshments and supplies
- Arrange transportation, off-site activities, and other concierge services as requested
- Work with catering providers to confirm service details and maintain standards
- Manage visitor access, room scheduling, and pass distribution per site procedures
- Build coordination across departments to promote efficient service delivery
- Provide occasional evening support for special events or client-facing functions
