Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with basic administrative tasks
- ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
- availability for part-time, on-site work in Honolulu, HI
- compliance with building security and visitor policies
Job Qualifications
- Proven customer service orientation
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- effective communication skills in person, phone, and writing
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- strong event planning capabilities
- attention to detail in guest interactions and communication
- experience with front desk operations
- basic data entry and administrative skills
- bilingual abilities are a plus, especially Japanese and Korean
- experience in customer service or administrative support roles
- knowledge of property and local community
Job Duties
- Greet and assist all guests and property personnel in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- deliver consistently helpful, friendly, and polished service
- define, communicate, and uphold high standards of guest service
- provide information and assistance to guests via in-person, phone, email, and digital channels
- sign in authorized visitors following building policies and verify access control
- maintain strong knowledge of property offerings and guide guests accordingly
- inform guests about promotions and events to encourage engagement
- anticipate guest needs and identify suitable services
- develop relationships with building management, tenants, retailers, and service providers
- respond promptly to tenant phone calls and emails
- offer clear guidance regarding building services and procedures
- remain familiar with management and security protocols and report issues
- support event-related activities
- represent the host team with pride and ownership
