This job opening is for a part-time Concierge / Guest Service Representative position based in Honolulu, HI, on a contract basis. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.00. The Concierge / Guest Service Representative will be a vital front-of-house team member at a luxury high-end property, renowned for its exceptional guest experience standards. This position requires consistently delivering polished, friendly, and attentive service to guests and tenants, effectively serving as the face and ambassador of the property. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, supporting tenants and building staff, and providing thorough knowledge of the property and its amenities. The role demands interactions across multiple channels including in-person engagements, phone, email, and digital communication platforms.
The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role also involves supporting event activities, coordinating with retail tenants, and ensuring strict adherence to building policies for visitor access and security. Additional skills such as bilingual abilities, particularly in Japanese or Korean, will be advantageous. Candidates are expected to have prior customer service or front desk experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess the ability to build strong working relationships with guests and tenants alike.

Job Duties
