We are currently seeking a full-time Rooms and Guest Services Operations staff member to join our vibrant team. This non-management position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and guest-focused environment at one of Miami Beach's most prestigious hotels. Your role will be integral in ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention and exceptional service from the moment they arrive to the time they depart. As a critical member of our team, you will handle guest requests for special arrangements, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making the necessary arrangements or liaising with appropriate service providers. You will respond to unique and special requests from guests, following up to ensure their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay.
In addition to managing and processing guest inquiries, calls, and messages, you will provide detailed information about the property and local amenities, including special events and activities. Your role involves close collaboration with other departments such as Bell Services and Housekeeping to promptly resolve guest concerns and maintain the high standards of the EDITION brand. You will also be responsible for monitoring the club lounge to ensure it remains a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable space for guests.
Safety and professionalism are paramount in this role. You will be trained in safety procedures and certifications, expected to report any unsafe conditions, and uphold company policies and procedures. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance is essential, along with protecting the confidentiality of proprietary information and company assets. The role demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact with guests and team members in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
