Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
  • Follow up on special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide information about property and local amenities
  • Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and requests
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest concerns
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance
  • Protect confidentiality and company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Assist guests with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Prepare and review written documents
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors
