Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
- Follow up on special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about property and local amenities
- Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and requests
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest concerns
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Protect confidentiality and company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Prepare and review written documents
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors
