Job Duties

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
Follow up on special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide information about property and local amenities
Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and requests
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest concerns
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain clean and professional appearance
Protect confidentiality and company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Assist guests with disabilities
Communicate clearly and professionally
Prepare and review written documents
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
