Job Description
BlueStar Resort & Golf is a renowned management company specializing in the operation and management of premier residential communities, golf courses, and resort properties. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for their residents and guests. BlueStar manages a variety of amenities and facilities tailored to enhance community living and recreational enjoyment. One of their notable managed properties is The Canyons at Castle Pines, a highly anticipated new community located just south of Denver, Colorado, which debuted in Fall 2019. This master-planned community, developed under the direction of Shea Homes Colorado, blends modern amenities with the tranquility of natural surroundings, offering an exceptional quality of life to its residents.
The Canyons Castle Pines presents an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking part-time work in a dynamic and community-focused environment. In this role, BlueStar is looking for a Concierge who will act as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for members and guests visiting The Exchange, the community’s central amenity. The Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding customer service through professional and friendly communication while managing front desk activities and facilitating guest access. Reporting to the Member Services Manager, this role requires a customer-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multi-tasking duties including front desk operations, administrative support, and event assistance. Operating within a supportive team environment, the Concierge contributes to a positive atmosphere that upholds BlueStar's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
This part-time position pays $20 per hour and offers eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package for those working thirty hours or more per week. Benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance plans, paid time off accruals, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and participation in a 401(k) plan following applicable waiting periods. The role demands flexibility as it includes evening and weekend hours to accommodate the community's activity schedule. Through engaging with residents and guests, managing membership interactions, and supporting community events, the Concierge plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall member experience. This position suits individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster warm, welcoming environments in a fast-paced community setting.
