Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous hospitality experience preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
passion for customer service and local culture

Job Qualifications

previous hospitality experience in a luxury or lifestyle environment preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests
a passion for local culture dining and experiences with the ability to translate that knowledge into personalized recommendations
ability to remain composed adaptable and solutions-oriented when handling guest requests
flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries providing personalized recommendations coordinating reservations and fulfilling both everyday and special requests
maintain a strong up-to-date knowledge of local dining events and experiences to offer thoughtful tailored recommendations
build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and create meaningful memorable stays
develop and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors
uphold bardo’s service standards through attention to detail professionalism and a proactive approach to guest needs
partner with guest services and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of guest experiences
