Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • passion for customer service and local culture

Job Qualifications

  • previous hospitality experience in a luxury or lifestyle environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests
  • a passion for local culture dining and experiences with the ability to translate that knowledge into personalized recommendations
  • ability to remain composed adaptable and solutions-oriented when handling guest requests
  • flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries providing personalized recommendations coordinating reservations and fulfilling both everyday and special requests
  • maintain a strong up-to-date knowledge of local dining events and experiences to offer thoughtful tailored recommendations
  • build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and create meaningful memorable stays
  • develop and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors
  • uphold bardo’s service standards through attention to detail professionalism and a proactive approach to guest needs
  • partner with guest services and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of guest experiences
