Job Duties
- Serve as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service especially as it relates to new residents
- Receive initial customer and resident concerns and direct them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the local community and provide residents and guests with information regarding festivals events attractions restaurants tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinate resident parking and valet needs and assist with loading/unloading as needed
- Conduct tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensure that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
