The Front Desk Receptionist role at Vista Springs is integral to maintaining the welcoming and professional atmosphere of the community. Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos
- ability to write correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, staff, residents and their families
- must be able to speak, read and write basic English skills
Job Duties
- Answer all incoming phone calls by the third ring
- greet people as they enter into the building
- maintain the entry way by keeping it clean and tidy
- wipe counters, tables, and mop the floor
- offer coffee and water to guests and community members
- assist with delivering packages
