The Concierge team member undertakes the essential responsibility of being the first contact for various stakeholders accessing the building, including residents, their visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel. This professional is tasked with managing building access securely using advanced software systems such as BuildingLink and KeyLink, checking deliveries, vendors, parking, and residents in and out with attention to security protocols. This position not only involves handling security monitoring such as camera feeds but also managing emergency notifications and maintenance coordination alongside the building’s operations team. The Concierge ensures that the front desk and lobby remain clean, orderly, and inviting, providing an ambient first impression and supporting overall operational excellence.

The Concierge’s duties extend beyond basic reception tasks; they require a detailed knowledge of the condominium’s governing documents, rules and regulations, and the proficient use of software tools integral to building management operations. Responsibilities include responding to residents' requests and concerns promptly and professionally through multiple communication channels. Handling complaints sensitively, logging incidents, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating move-ins and move-outs are also part of the job. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, monitoring security incident trends, supporting facilities management including janitorial and engineering teams, and assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling unit access, posting notices, and managing permits and audits. Job Duties
