Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role
  • Ability to work full-time with evening availability including weekends
  • Familiarity with building management software platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and organized work ethic
  • Ability to handle security and emergency protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of condominium governing documents and building regulations
  • Proficiency with BuildingLink, KeyLink, and related building management software
  • Experience in customer service or concierge roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts including weekends
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in a residential or high-rise building environment

Job Duties

  • Manage building access and security using BuildingLink and KeyLink
  • Respond promptly to resident and guest requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Monitor security cameras and handle incidents according to protocol
  • Receive and log packages and deliveries, notifying residents promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby environment
  • Assist with reservations, work orders, permits, and other concierge services
  • Facilitate complaints or grievances and document incidents
  • Prepare incident reports and coordinate with other shifts
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with residents and vendors
  • Perform assistance tasks such as scheduling unit access, posting notices, and conducting audits
