The Concierge role at Storey Lake Club is a vital position focused on delivering exemplary service to its members throughout their journey at the resort. As a Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for member reservation requests and inquiries, playing an essential role in promoting the resort’s facilities and local attractions. Your thorough knowledge of all food and beverage outlets on the property, including menus and reservation requirements, will ensure members receive personalized recommendations and seamless arrangements. You will keep members informed about all upcoming events and serve as a trusted source of information on special events both within the resort and the surrounding area.
This position requires multitasking efficiency, as you will manage incoming calls to the guest service desk while assisting members with a variety of services such as dining reservations, ordering gifts like flowers and wine, arranging transportation, and making or modifying airline reservations. Your ability to address questions and concerns, offer suggestions, and identify solutions will enhance the overall member experience. Additionally, the Concierge will help coordinate the flow of the member area and monitor business volumes to aid in manpower and cost planning. Maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication, following safety protocols, and ensuring reliable attendance are key to thriving in this position.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Manage the member journey, attending to member reservation requests
- Promote the resort's facilities and area attractions
- Maintain knowledge of all F&B outlets on property including their menus and reservation requirements
- Ensure members are aware of all upcoming member events
- Serve as a local information source for members
- Provide information about special events within the resort and surrounding area
- Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk
- Assist members with various services such as making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, and gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements
- Assist members with questions and concerns, make suggestions, and identify possible solutions
- Manage flow of the member area
- Monitor business volume forecast and plan accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity costs, and other expenses
- Communicate any changes or new policies and procedures to the department
- Coordinate the entire member journey, including communication of members and round service
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all activities available on property
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Maintain a professional standard at Storey Lake Club including appearance, interaction with members, associates, and guests, verbal discussions, and written correspondence
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as required
