The Concierge position at Hudson Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a full-time role designed for an energetic individual passionate about customer service and patient interaction. The role primarily focuses on assisting with customer service tasks, greeting and meeting new admissions, and maintaining robust relationships with residents within the busy short-term rehabilitation unit. Working Monday through Friday, the concierge will help foster a welcoming environment that promotes both resident comfort and operational efficiency. This role requires strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent organizational skills to keep pace with a demanding work environment. Proficiency in computer use is essential for maintaining accurate records and developing audits that track and trend critical data. Compassion and a customer-oriented approach are fundamental, as the concierge acts as a pivotal point of contact between residents, their families, and the center's care teams.
