The Concierge role at Concord Reserve, located at 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, Ohio, embodies the organization’s mission by serving as a highly visible and pivotal position aimed at ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. This PRN position requires weekend availability from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and focuses on supporting the Independent Living area with a strong emphasis on safety, administrative duties, and exceptional personalized service. The Concierge is responsible for communicating safety and security procedures campus-wide, investigating any incidents, monitoring alarms, and maintaining thorough documentation. Beyond security, this role plays a crucial part in resident satisfaction by handling administrative tasks, directing phone calls and visitors, conducting wellness checks, and participating occasionally in Life Enrichment resident activities.

Job Duties

  • Communicate safety and security procedures throughout the campus
  • Investigate safety and security incidents which occur on campus property
  • Report all accidents or incidents involving residents or staff personnel to Department Head
  • Monitor fire and medical alarms
  • Handle all general administrative duties for Independent Living area
  • Conduct resident surveys, organize responses, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Staff and demonstrate full knowledge of basic operation of the Concierge desk
  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and visitors
  • Perform wellness check rounds of all occupied apartments
  • Other duties as assigned
