Job Description

The hiring establishment is a residential condominium community known for its commitment to offering an exceptional living experience for its residents. This high-rise building combines security, convenience, and professionalism in its daily operations to maintain an inviting, safe, and efficient environment for all who live and visit there. The company primarily operates in property management and facility operations, focusing on maintaining superior standards of service in a busy urban residential setting. Their team aims to blend technology with attentive personal service to enhance the community's quality of life.

This role is a full-time position as a Concierge at the condominium, requiring evening availability including weekends. The pay scale offered ranges from $22 to $24 per hour. The Concierge team serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, making it a critical position that supports day-to-day building operations. The Concierge manages access to the building, assists residents with the BuildingLink software platform for managing amenities and communications, and maintains a welcoming front desk and lobby area.

The Concierge position demands organization, professionalism, and an ability to function effectively in a bustling high-rise environment. Employees in this role must be adept at managing multiple tasks and responding promptly and courteously to requests and issues raised by residents and guests. They are expected to have a full working knowledge of the building's governing documents, its rules and regulations, and proficiency with BuildingLink and other operational software.

Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, managing security protocols using BuildingLink and KeyLink systems, logging packages, assisting with vendor and guest check-ins, issuing parking passes, responding to resident requests, monitoring security cameras, handling complaints professionally, and coordinating smoothly with other building and management staff. The Concierge is also involved in ongoing communication with residents through BuildingLink and other means to ensure transparency and efficient handling of building affairs.

The position also includes assisting the Owner's Community Manager (OCM) with administrative duties such as scheduling, record-keeping, preparing announcements, monitoring parking violations, and conducting audits. In the absence of the OCM, the Concierge may be required to manage emergency notifications and communicate with all onsite staff to coordinate responses.

This role offers an opportunity to be part of a comprehensive, well-structured property management team dedicated to community service. Employees benefit from a range of competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and career development support. The job is ideal for candidates looking to build a stable career in property management and hospitality services within a sophisticated, quality-focused condominium setting.
