Job Requirements

  • be 18 years of age or older
  • have at least one year of culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning experience
  • ability to travel to event locations as needed
  • take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • agree that food is central to community and life
  • obtain necessary Food Handler's permits and/or Food Safety Certifications
  • committed to being an active part of the community

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • more than one year of experience in culinary arts, catering, hospitality, or event planning
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • customer service orientation with a passion for food and events
  • possession or willingness to obtain Food Handler's permits or Food Safety Certifications

Job Duties

  • acknowledge and engage customers upon entering the department
  • assist customers with catering and event needs using expertise in food and beverage pairings
  • coordinate orders with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • collaborate with event staff to prepare and manage event setup
  • provide end-to-end catering coordination and oversee event execution
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and obtain required certifications
  • foster a positive team environment and contribute to a fast-paced work culture
