Job Requirements

be 18 years of age or older
have at least one year of culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning experience
ability to travel to event locations as needed
take pride in delivering high-quality work
comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
agree that food is central to community and life
obtain necessary Food Handler's permits and/or Food Safety Certifications
committed to being an active part of the community

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
more than one year of experience in culinary arts, catering, hospitality, or event planning
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
customer service orientation with a passion for food and events
possession or willingness to obtain Food Handler's permits or Food Safety Certifications

Job Duties

acknowledge and engage customers upon entering the department
assist customers with catering and event needs using expertise in food and beverage pairings
coordinate orders with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing
collaborate with event staff to prepare and manage event setup
provide end-to-end catering coordination and oversee event execution
maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and obtain required certifications
foster a positive team environment and contribute to a fast-paced work culture
