The role of Concierge at Waltonwood is a vital position that serves as both the first and last impression for visitors and residents within the community. Beyond typical administrative duties, the Concierge acts as a vital liaison between the residents and community leadership, providing unmatched customer service with every interaction. This full-time role is part of the administrative team and reports directly to the Business Office Manager. The Concierge's responsibilities include greeting and directing residents and visitors, managing internal and external phone calls, assisting with day-to-day inquiries, and supporting community safety protocols. Job Requirements
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette
- minimum of 6 months customer service and clerical experience preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- strong communication and organization skills
