Job Description

This position is for a Concierge role that supports the General Manager and collaborates closely with onsite employees to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Concierge is responsible for managing the concierge desk where they oversee the delivery logistics of packages and respond to homeowner concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the property including back-of-house areas, storage, utility rooms, and amenity spaces. Given the importance of safety within the community, the Concierge monitors all emergency and fire safety systems, ensuring protocols are up to date and functional.
The Concierge also adds value by supporting employee morale and fostering positive communication throughout the workplace. Administrative duties include managing work order processes, liaising with contractors and service providers, monitoring property management communication channels such as BuildingLink, and training homeowners on system use. This role requires multitasking and excellent organizational skills to ensure all property amenities are properly supplied and maintained.
Compensation for this role ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of prior relevant experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Manage functionality of all emergency and fire safety systems and procedures
- Ensure emergency phone tree contacts within each property emergency manual are current
- Provide support management in general operations of the property
- Foster a positive workplace environment with clear lines of communication
- Monitor work order process for open items with follow through to completion
- Monitor BuildingLink communications
- Meet and direct contractors and service providers on site as needed
- Maintain consistent cleanliness throughout the property
- Ensure onsite employees are in uniform with appropriate hygiene and grooming
- Manage communication channels to ensure follow-up and protocol adherence
- Train homeowners on BuildingLink
- Support concierge team in handling concerns, requests, and problems
