Job Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to guest inquiries promptly and providing accurate information
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience
  • Maintain knowledge of the local area, including current events and relevant attractions, to provide guests with informed recommendations
  • Handle any guest concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
