Job Duties

- Assist guests with their needs, including reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to guest inquiries promptly and providing accurate information
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience
- Maintain knowledge of the local area, including current events and relevant attractions, to provide guests with informed recommendations
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
