Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds or more
- Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
- Previous concierge or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local area, services, merchants, and attractions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Build rapport with residents and respond to requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- Research, coordinate, and schedule resident services including grocery delivery, relocation services, vehicle services (repair, washes, appointments), dry cleaning pickup/delivery, TV setup, wall mounting, and home services
- Make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, events, and game tickets, floral orders, vet, kennel, and travel accommodations
- Manage amenity and penthouse reservations
- Receive and coordinate package deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Manage the Luxer package system including daily audits
- Develop and distribute a daily resident newsletter
- Maintain up-to-date merchant, vendor, and service contact lists
- Coordinate with the onsite property management team to resolve requests and follow up on issues
- Assist with special resident requests as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Participate in AMLI volunteer and community activities
- Support other AMLI communities when needed
