Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds or more
Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
Previous concierge or hospitality experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of the local area, services, merchants, and attractions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

Build rapport with residents and respond to requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
Research, coordinate, and schedule resident services including grocery delivery, relocation services, vehicle services (repair, washes, appointments), dry cleaning pickup/delivery, TV setup, wall mounting, and home services
Make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, events, and game tickets, floral orders, vet, kennel, and travel accommodations
Manage amenity and penthouse reservations
Receive and coordinate package deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Manage the Luxer package system including daily audits
Develop and distribute a daily resident newsletter
Maintain up-to-date merchant, vendor, and service contact lists
Coordinate with the onsite property management team to resolve requests and follow up on issues
Assist with special resident requests as needed
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Participate in AMLI volunteer and community activities
Support other AMLI communities when needed
