Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • good problem-solving skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • willingness to work full-time first shift
  • ability to wear business professional attire

Job Qualifications

  • previous customer service experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • utilize resident/concierge request form and give form to appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve resident call, request, or problem
  • follow up with residents to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • respond to special requests from residents with unique needs
  • welcome and acknowledge all residents according to company standards
  • anticipate and address resident service needs
  • communicate with residents with genuine concern
  • speak with others using clear professional language
