Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
  • Ability to work 11 AM to 8 PM Tuesday through Saturday
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Availability to work second and or third shift
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience is preferred particularly in hospitality or residential services
  • Knowledge of local area amenities and services is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor ensuring a positive first impression
  • Respond to phone calls emails and in-person requests promptly directing them to the appropriate team member or resolving the issue directly when possible
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of community amenities such as guest suites the loading dock and elevator usage for move-ins and move-outs ensuring smooth operations
  • Accept and document package deliveries promptly notifying residents of their arrival and ensuring secure storage until pick-up
  • Assist in planning organizing and executing resident activities and events fostering a sense of community and engagement among residents
  • Maintain an up-to-date directory of local services including restaurants shops and delivery options offering recommendations and information to residents as needed
  • Perform other tasks or duties as assigned
