The Concierge position at STYL Residential is essential to enhancing the resident experience by serving as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors. This role is focused on delivering top-tier customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating community amenities, and supporting community events. The Concierge works closely with residents and visitors to create positive, engaging interactions that foster a sense of belonging within the community. Scheduled from 11 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, this position requires strong communication, organizational capabilities, and a genuine customer-focused approach. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- Ability to work 11 AM to 8 PM Tuesday through Saturday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliability and punctuality
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends
- Availability to work second and or third shift
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred particularly in hospitality or residential services
- Knowledge of local area amenities and services is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor ensuring a positive first impression
- Respond to phone calls emails and in-person requests promptly directing them to the appropriate team member or resolving the issue directly when possible
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of community amenities such as guest suites the loading dock and elevator usage for move-ins and move-outs ensuring smooth operations
- Accept and document package deliveries promptly notifying residents of their arrival and ensuring secure storage until pick-up
- Assist in planning organizing and executing resident activities and events fostering a sense of community and engagement among residents
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of local services including restaurants shops and delivery options offering recommendations and information to residents as needed
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned
