Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems effectively and diplomatically
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures appropriate service
- Keep difficult situations from escalating
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents of deliveries
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
