As a Concierge at South Oxford Management, you will play a vital role in shaping the resident experience by offering personalized, friendly service that helps residents and guests feel valued and welcome. The Concierge will be the face of the property for many residents and visitors, responsible for greeting guests, confirming reservations, and providing exceptional customer service with attention to detail. This position requires a personable individual who can cultivate positive relationships and maintain professionalism at all times. Alongside your customer-facing duties, you will assist the leasing team with the leasing process and help maintain up-to-date knowledge of the community’s assets and specific needs. The role demands excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to meet various customer demands promptly. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21.
