Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of concierge experience in residential property management preferred
  • willing to work weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of Yardi and other industry software preferred
  • a sharp and professional appearance
  • must be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairs
  • must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies
  • may be required to lift to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of concierge experience in residential property management preferred
  • knowledge of Yardi and other industry software preferred
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • tech savvy and able to learn and work with property management applications
  • able to multitask
