The Bravern in Bellevue, WA, is currently seeking a full-time Concierge to become the first friendly and professional face welcoming residents and visitors. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 2-3 weekends per month
- Outstanding communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks
- Respond to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls via switchboard
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk
- Manage visitor check-ins and resident inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts
