Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- required health screening, TB clearance, and criminal record clearance
- special licenses or certifications such as First Aid/CPR
- understanding of California Code of Regulations Sections 85065(f)/87411(g)
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- prior experience in senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- availability to work part-time weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in computer systems including word processing, email, and database management
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- knowledge of safety and emergency protocols is a plus
- certification in First Aid/CPR preferred
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- provide information and assist with inquiries and requests
- coordinate appointments, transportation, and other services
- maintain knowledge of facility amenities and communicate effectively
- assist with administrative tasks including managing correspondence and records
- keep the concierge desk area clean and well-stocked
- collaborate with staff to address resident needs and resolve issues
- monitor safety and security of the facility
- act as a liaison between residents, families, and departments
- uphold resident privacy and confidentiality
- assist with related tasks as needed
