The Concierge at Invited plays a crucial role within the Member Experience team by providing exceptional personal service and ensuring members have unforgettable visits at the club. This position involves managing communications including phone calls, emails, and reservations, and serving as a welcoming point of contact for members and guests. The Concierge is responsible for promoting club offerings, assisting with member outreach for new and at-risk members, and supporting various member experience initiatives, including social media efforts and event management. Reporting to the Member Experience Director, the Concierge embodies the company's core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, consistently working to enhance member satisfaction and foster loyalty.

This role requires a personable, service-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Concierge must be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain professionalism in all interactions. The work schedule includes weekends and holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry and the commitment to member engagement. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
  • Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone and provide prompt assistance
  • Deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests
  • Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, and upcoming events
  • Assist with member communications including social media, newsletters, and event announcements
  • Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
  • Manage reservations for club dining and services ensuring accurate booking and timely confirmations
