Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Effective communication skills with visual acuity

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media
- Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone and provide prompt assistance
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests
- Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, and upcoming events
- Assist with member communications including social media, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Manage reservations for club dining and services ensuring accurate booking and timely confirmations
